With over five years of experience, Yolanda is a highly qualified and compassionate yoga professional with certifications including RYT-500, C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, and training in youth-informed trauma. Her approach integrates physical movement, mindfulness, and healing, drawing from her diverse expertise to support clients in achieving overall well-being.
